Food For Thought!

Its the Hilo UrbFarm's first birthday!
Join us for an evening of food, music, fun, and community building. The UrbFarm will have an open house party in on he nursery, then will switch gears to the first anniversary gala in honor of our partnership with the East Hawaii Cultural Center.
The UrbFarm Birthday BBQ open house is free and open to the public. There will be tours, music, food, a seed sprouting station, silent auction, plant sale, and information about what's going on at the UrbFarm. 
The Anniversary Gala will be upstairs in the EHCC and is open to all for a suggested $15 donation. This UrbFarm-To-Table event will showcase a variety of foods prepared by local restaurants and feature produce grown in the Secret Gatden. At 7:30 there will be a screening of the movie Dirt!.
